Returns and Exchanges
L. Skelly Jewellery and Designs wants you to love and enjoy your piece and therefore asks you, our valued customers, to please select your piece and all its possible options very carefully as L. Skelly Jewellery and Designs does not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. This is because every piece (unless otherwise specified) is handmade to order to your specifications. I understand how important your purchase is to you and want you to be happy with your piece. If for some reason you are not and would like to request an exchange please contact me through the contact section of this website or by emailing chelsea@lskellyjewellery.com within 3 days of receiving your piece. After 3 days of receiving your piece it will no longer be eligible for exchange.
All returns and exchanges are assessed on a case by case basis and at the discretion of L. Skelly Jewellery and Designs and may be subject to fees.
Pieces eligible for return or exchange can not show any signs of wear, tear or alteration (by a third party or otherwise) and may be subject to a restocking fee at the discretion of L. Skelly Jewellery and Designs.
For an exchange request please contact chelsea@lskellyjewellery.com within 3 days of receiving your piece. Please provide your name, email address and proof of purchase with your exchange request.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping (and any duty or customs applicable) when returning a piece eligible for exchange back to L. Skelly Jewellery and Designs studio. The piece must be shipped back in its original packaging and protective outer packaging through an insured shipping provider and tracking number forwarded to chelsea@lskellyjewellery.com within one week of approval of exchange request.
L. Skelly Jewellery and Designs is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed pieces during shipping.
In the event of an exchange L. Skelly Jewellery and Designs will do its best to get your new piece to you as soon as possible but can not guarantee a definite time frame outside of standard order times. L. Skelly Jewellery and Designs does not carry certain pieces in stock and your exchange may need to be remade by hand.
